At our 1 day event, we will explore the difficulties and fears of team members when dealing with complaints. Using real examples researched for your business type, we will motivate participants to think creatively as they go through the process of problem solving, recognising how the experience can be rewarding to both them and the business.

By the end of the day participants will be able to:

  • Listen effectively to complaints from customers
  • Ask relevant questions to get to the heart of the problem
  • Offer creative and realistic solutions to the customer
  • Agree an outcome that the customer is happy with
  • Follow through to ensure customer satisfaction
