Facilitation Skills

Travel and hospitality are creative industries but sometimes, when people try to be creative together, it can end up either with too many voices or too few. Facilitating a creative workshop or brainstorm can be tricky. On this course the participants will facilitate from the start, using a variety of styles.

Gaining in confidence and knowledge at the same time, by the end of the course they will be able to:

• Clearly define facilitation and list the skills needed
• Plan and prepare for a session in order to maximise its effectiveness
• Use facilitation methods like: impact analysis, 3 star, meta planning and paired comparisons
• Facilitate sessions in order to achieve stated objectives
