Pals Leadership Development

Pals Leadership Development is planned over a time period to suit you. Gradually building a portfolio of skills, the learning is based around self-assessment, 360 degree feedback and coaching. Pals will run workshops at key stages in the leader’s journey and then provide telephone and e mail support and advice in between. We suggest that individuals have already completed the Pals Leader course, though we can build it into this programme on request.

As with all our programmes, we will agree exactly what your needs are, then put together an interesting and measurable plan for development.
