
Starting Out In Sales
A course for new sales team members selling one to one, starting with the basics. Interactive and fun sessions will get participants involved in the buying process and, based on their own behaviour, they will identify the key skills required for selling. They will then practice and develop those skills.
By the end of the course your team members will be able to:
- Make use of the various social styles
- Recognise buying signals
- Listen effectively to establish customers’ buying needs
- Ask questions to get to the heart of a sale
- Describe features and benefits
- Confident in asking for the business
