Train The Trainer

Want to run your own training sessions in house? On the Pals train the trainer course we will get participants involved from the start and turn them from simple presenters into competent trainers. Available as a 1, 2 or 3 day course, depending on whether they will design and evaluate as well as deliver training, this course is highly interactive and challenging.

By the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Explain how people learn
• Work through the full training cycle
• Plan and design training sessions (optional)
• Prepare the venue to facilitate quick learning
• Deliver entertaining and valuable training/ facilitation
• Deal with questions from participants
• Handle difficult participants
• Evaluate the learning within the event
• Perform longer term evaluation of the training delivered (optional)
